Mr Kumar has over 25 years of professional experience in the social sector. His work has revolved around three broad themes – institutional growth & sustainability, program design & implementation, and operations management. He currently has an independent consulting and advisory practice. Besides FXBIS, he also serves on the boards of The DevNext Foundation, all Indian NGOs. He is an avid traveller, biker and sportsperson. Mr. Kumar joined the FXBIS board in 2012.
Mr. Koley provides his expertise to government and non-government authorities as Company Secretary. He is on the panel of the Arbitrators in the Indian Council of Arbitration, and is also a visiting faculty member for subject on corporate laws at the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi, amongst several others. He has been serving on the Board of FXBIS since 2011.
Ms. Borgoyary has more than 30 years of experience in the development sector, working across different domains. She has worked extensively to promote women's empowerment and human development. She has served as an expert in DFID, UNDP, ADB, and World Bank. She is the former CEO of FXBIS, and has also been a Synergos Senior Fellow and IVLP (International Visitors Leadership Program) fellow. At present, Ms. Borgoyary serves as the Co-Director of She Changes Climate.
